Information collected automatically
When you visit this website, basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view) may be collected by the website host and by the third-party services described in section 9.
3. How I use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss the most appropriate styling experience.
- To arrange, prepare for and deliver your appointments and services.
- To shop, source and make recommendations on your behalf.
- To manage payments, invoices and my business records.
- To provide ongoing support where you have asked for it.
- To send occasional news or invitations to events, only where you have agreed to receive them.

4. My lawful bases
Under UK data protection law I rely on the following lawful bases:

- Consent – for photographs, testimonials and marketing messages. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Legal obligation – where I must keep records, for example for tax purposes.
5. Who I share it with
I never sell your personal information. I only share it where necessary with:
- trusted service providers who help me run my business, such as website hosting, email, form handling, scheduling, payment and accounting providers;

- members of my team who help deliver your service, under the same duty of confidentiality;
- professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
I will never share your photographs or your story publicly – including as a testimonial – without your explicit permission.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may store information outside the UK. Where this happens, I make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.
7. How long I keep it
I keep enquiry information for up to [12 months] if we do not go on to work together. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for up to [6 years] afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Photographs are deleted on request or when no longer needed for your service.

- ask me to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask me to delete your information;
- ask me to restrict or object to how I use your information;
- ask for your information to be transferred to you or another organisation;

To use any of these rights, please email info@jemineestylist.co.uk. I will respond within one month.
